Our medical college understands the importance of providing guidance and support to our students, especially during their formative years. Our Mentor Mentee Program is designed to create a supportive and nurturing environment for our students to thrive in.

Through this program, each student is paired with a mentor who is a senior faculty member or a successful medical professional. The mentor provides guidance, support, and advice to the student, helping them navigate the challenges of medical education and career development.

The program includes regular one-on-one meetings between the mentor and mentee, as well as group activities and workshops that provide opportunities for networking and skill-building. Our mentors are trained to provide academic and personal guidance to students, and they work closely with them to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
